I wanted to do this years ago and the mods already voted (years ago) to make this happen, but with you just starting school and all back then, I didn't pull the trigger because I didn't want it to de-focus you from your studies. Now that you hopefully have things figured out at school... and you're still an active member on this site...

WOW! I wasn't expecting this! Awesome!
I'm sure my studies will let me moderating this site as well, haha!
Just setting my priorities. Furthermore, I had a girlfriend last year which took quite some as well. Fortunately, I'm single again (yes, I said fortunately hahaha) so I spent way too much time online!
It's quite funny, when I joined here I wanted to be a mod as well. However, over the past two years or so I became less active (because of my studies and also because VH was inactive) so I let the idea of being a mod go. BUT, I'm sure I'll stick around for a LONG time and I actually became more active during the past two or three months.
I guess halen.com has indeed become a part of my life since I joined here. I joined this site about 8 days before my grandmother passed away and I was touched to see how many people here actually care. We can share some personal issues and stories because all of our members are very 'cool' people. I'm happy to see many familiar faces from the old days but since I joined here the site has GROWN! We welcome many new members on regular basis and it's great to see new faces.
A big thank you to all of the members here who make this forum such a nice place to visit. Halen.com is a daily routine for me. I won't go to sleep until I checked the latest updates here!
The biggest THANK YOU goes to, of course, Andre. Thank you for running this site and for investing your time and money in it. We can't say enough how much we appreciate all your work on it.
Here's a quick little message to all the members here. Don't make me angry because I have a lot of power now!
