Ok, so today I went ahead and reversed some of the upgrades... just because it was generating so many errors. The upgrade was unsuccessful... 
However... I tried the upgrades AFTER we resolved our speed issue. So, we should be back to where we were just before I started trying to do upgrades.... which means we're back to the old colors.
Please let me know if anyone runs into any errors at this point.
The good news is that I saw 130+ users logged in at once today... and the system was serving up pages pretty quickly!!! In the past, we were barely able to serve up 30 users, let alone 100 more on top of it. So, I'm happy that we resolved the speed issue at least. I'll try again with the upgrade process at another time. It's just too dangerous messing with it without a staging server. |

| Ya... looks like we still have a few even though I reverted back. Not sure what database scheme might have changed... so, it's gonna take some effort to migrate back to something without errors... |

| Ok... that whole upgrade process was a big crash and burn. I'm hoping we're back to where we were and that we don't see any more of those errors. Normally system administrators have a 2nd sever where they can do tests on before throwing things into production. We are looking forward to upgrading our site with a newer faster server in the near future. We just don't be able to keep up with the demand unless we buy something better than what we have... |
