That's a great sounding pedal, but it doesn't sound "5150" like me...you need a knob to dial in some "bees". Laughing

A vox Tonelab SE will do that sound and any other VH sound You want.

I had the Wampler and could never get it to sound anywhere close to the clip on their website.

I have a GSP 1101 and there is a VH patch floating around within that community. It is bang on... To me, it is the best modelling patch of VH I have heard (expect for Dwezzel playing the Axe FX).

You can pick up a GSP1101 used for about $300-400 and like the Tonelab you will get a tonne of extra beyond the one tone! This is the way I would go.

I have never used the Tonelab but have heard good things. I have 1101 and to my ears the VH patch is very impressive. I should note, that I am routing the 1101 into a mesa 20:20 into a few cabs running stereo. The patch get better the louder I turn it up, so I am likely getting some true tube distortion from the 20:20 being pushed.
